You hire someone because of their management experience, their education, their ideas, and their focus on the job’s responsibilities. Community Conversations offer you the opportunity to speak to a candidate who wants to speak to you about the issues that affect you personally. He wants to have an honest and transparent discussion about those issues so he could do the work to make your home and your city better every day.
